1.  Ambersoft will:-

1.1  provide the Product to the Trial User for a trial period of 14 days or such other number as may be agreed by Ambersoft in writing (“the Trial Period”) to enable the Trial User to test and evaluate the Product

1.2  attempt to answer queries from the Trial User relating to the product

1.3  make no charge for the Trial User’s use of the Product during the Trial Period

2.  The Trial User agrees:-

2.1  That it will not without Ambersoft’s written consent:-

2.1.1  make any copies of the Product

2.1.2  install the Product on more than one computer

2.1.3  create a derivative work from the Software by any means

2.1.4  decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the licensed System save as permitted by law, nor;

2.1.5  disclose any detail of the Product discovered by the Trial User, whether during the Trial Period or otherwise, except to Ambersoft

2.2  that no intellectual property rights in the Product transfer under this License

2.3  to observe in good faith the Ambersoft standard integration and acceptance test procedures for the Product provided to the Trial User and to report to Ambersoft any problems encountered with the Product or with improvements to the Product

2.4  to allow Ambersoft at any time during normal business hours to enter the premises of the Trial User for the purposes of verifying compliance with the terms and conditions of this License; and on termination of this License or on or before the end of the Trial Period, as the Trial User may decide, to either:-

2.4.1  return and delete the Product and confirm the return and deletion in writing to Ambersoft

2.4.2  place an order to Ambersoft for a full commercial license for the Product

To the extent permitted by law, Ambersoft gives no warranties express or implied concerning the Product. The Trial User acknowledges that this is reasonable as the Trial Period is free of charge and is for evaluation purposes only.
